With weather like this you’ve just got to get out!
We drove up the Newlands Valley to see if an ice route I know there-about might be frozen, they say it should be if Derwent Water is at all frozen (and it was). But alas, the route was mostly running water with a few ice smears.
But we had a great bumble in the lovely winter sunshine!
