Thought I’d take a look at our local patch this afternoon and wander round the Kentmere Horseshoe. I decided to walk up the valley towards the reservoir this time and then catch the path up towards the Nan Bield Pass. It was a hot and still afternoon and fairly quiet along the top. I was intrigued by the digger along the path from Yoke building a new path. How did they get it up there? I’m not totally sure about it, but for now it at least means that the huge bogs can be avoided. Got back to the car in 4 hours, tired but happy.
PS. The picture is from a previous trip round the Horseshoe with Anna & Ian.
Thought that person didn’t look like Laetitia , but like someone else……….
