Well, oddly enough, I did climb up alongside those guys on Brown Slabs Arete and took pictures of them 😎 Got chatting and exchanged emails. You’d never believe it but the guy shown leading is called ‘Joe Brown’ 😀
Yes, Blea Tarn was frozen solid. You could probably have walked on it 😮 It was nice to be in the Lakes for once at New Year :star: :star:

That Blea Tarn shot is excellent. That little woodland around the south side of the tarn is one of my favourite places in the Lakes.
