Rachel and I got married.
We threw a party, with dancing, food, and cake!
We went on honeymoon in Newbiggin on Lune.
We’re still there. We’re hoping to get some guest bloggers to blog the wedding, but they haven’t yet recovered from the party! Also, the place we’re staying has no internet, and almost no mobile phone coverage. It’s very quiet!
More pictures to follow, but we have only a very small number as yet…
I hope you were ‘too busy’ climbing ❓ 😳 😳
Yeah! Congratulations guys! 😀
So sorry we missed your day. 😥 Looks like you had an awesome day! And now the Project in Copper Mystery is resolved… :star:
Awesome cake stand!
Bad case of dandruff though eh? (Thought I’d get that one in before Colin) 😉
Look forward to seeing some more piccy’s.
Tish, those are chocolate frogs on the cake, not dandruff
Silly boy; she’s talking about the confetti in the other picture! 🙄
Chocolate frogs?!?!?! I hadn’t noticed them. Wow :yum: :yum:
Rachel & Richard are up to their old tricks. So far they’ve spent their honeymoon running up hills and drinking beer. And hanging out with their friends in Ambleside on Lake Windermere….
In between beers, I was asked for a RSS feed by author…
If you look on the ‘About‘ page there’s an RSS icon, , against each author’s row, I think this is what you wanted. 🙂 :geek:
Thanks for the per-author RSS feed. Excellent and most speedy customer support! (It seems that at sterling adventures the reader is still king 🙂
Aside from getting my complaint in I really enjoyed meeting the adventurers behind the adventure blog in person.
That’s great, now I can keep even closer tabs on my ‘lil sis & new brother-in-law 😉
I agree with Sylvie that it was great to meet the blog adventurers!!! 🙂 Thanks again for the much needed tea after our walk!
You’re just down the road from me (about 7 minutes drive from where I work). Give me a call and I’ll come and see you guys. Pete will have my number rather than post it on here.
But then again, if you’re on honeymoon you won’t want any disturbances 😉
We left on Saturday Dave 🙁 we’ll catch up with you at the rendez vous right?
My work colleagues think the cake stand is amazingly cool, awesome, etc. And believe me some of them know their cakes!
Happy anniversary!
Thanks Pete! We celebrated with a walk in the Coastal Redwoods and a very nice dinner.
