We had glorious weather in the Lakes yesterday evening so we took full advantage of it and went for a run, found another Lakeland letterbox, and then had just enough time before last food-orders to enjoy a pub-dinner at the Mortal Man in Troutbeck.

This weekend is the BMC Lakes Festival of Climbing – and it might just be sunny too – so you won’t catch me running when there’s dry rock and free bacon sandwiches for breakfast all on offer in the Duddon valley courtesy of the BMC!
