Over a late breakfast we noticed another brush fire, maybe they are quite common out here at this time of year? Anyway it wasn’t between us and the cave so off we went.
After not achieving what we wanted on our last visit the two of us are back for more, firm in our belief that we will make progress, hopefully. With unusually hot weather in the UK we are a bit worried about how hot it will get here, in fact we have already seen our first …
The heat still seems to be here! The grass is so dry and yellow. What’s going on? Oh yeah, it’s just a trick really the rain – heavy rain – is due this afternoon…
Did you know you could do this with the coins in your pocket?
With all the dry weather we decided we really needed to take advantage and drive up to the Scottish mountains.
Climbing Following on from our initial post about the fantastic slab climbing in Setesdal, here are a few more climbing shots…
This week we have come to a beautiful part of southern Norway, Setesdal. Setesdal isn’t very far from Rjukan, a place we’ve visited for ice climbing. It’s just a little south and just a little west, but still in Telemark country.
Here’s the new Connecting Cumbria website. Plus a neat video explaining the technology options for increasing broadband services in Cumbria…
