After a late night out, Anna and I made a slow start, but finally headed to Grange to meet Martin.
I was lucky enough to be asked again to help out with the Expedition Medicine course based in the Lake District.
It was the last walk of the AW Thursday night walking group, and true to form for this year the weather was rubbish.
This weekend Anna and I headed to The Downes hut to meet up with friends from our old climbing club in London. Paul headed south from Barnsley and also joined us.
With bad weather forecast for the maintenance meet w/e, Anna and I headed out for a quick evening trip up Haystacks with the AW walking group.
On Sunday I joined Andy, Sabiene and their friends on a walk from Mosedale.
On Saturday we joined John and Annette on the Mosedale Horseshoe.
This weeks tromp was from Mungrisdale... a round of Souther Fell and Bowscale Fell.
After last years cabbage invasion, this year has seen the plot overtaken by courgettes.
