Two colds, one hangover, two gammy knees, one bust finger, one bad hip, one dodgy toe, and lots of rain....
We spent Xmas day taking a walk up the Gorges de la Dionsaz.
Saturday saw Ian, Anna, Andy and Sabiene at Arthur's in Kinlochleven, for a social visit, a hill walk and the Ice Factor.
With Anna away in Newcastle, and Andy up in Fort William, Sabiene and I decided to have a day on the hill to get some much needed fitness into the legs.

To help blow (or more accurately, wash) the hangover from the night before at the FRCC Centenary Banquet away we decided to brave the rain and go for a bumble up Eskdale today.
Despite the weather forecast (Gales and squally showers), Anna, Ian, Andy and Arthur decided on a wet trog around Helvellyn, Nethermost Pike and Dollywagon Pike.
