Who knows for sure, what is certain is that it is a beautiful place with a genuinely diverse range of cultural interests (the cultural capital of Australia – film; television; Aussie rules football; impressionist art; dance; and music) with a hint of San Francisco thanks to the street-cars (the largest city network in the world), and an almost European street-café culture (with almost everyone seemingly Wi-Fi enabled).
